My path has always been that of both student and teacher. I endeavour to walk my own life with intent and awareness, opening to the deeper truth and spiritual growth in each experience. As I assimilate lessons, Spirit brings to me others who are walking the same steps, and who benefit from knowing they are not alone on this path, and that someone has traveled it before, or with, them.

In my work as a psychic and intuitive counselor, I find myself often sharing experiences from my own life where they parallel someone else's experience. This book is a collection of self-contained chapters, which each reflect the lessons of my personal journey. If you are on the path of awareness, searching for a deeper understanding of life, then you will find within its pages many deeper truths to help you on your way.

I realise that my experiences are not unique. They reflect the common lessons that occur on our spiritual journey. Nor is my knowledge complete - my path is a journey just like any of us, and so this book reflects my understanding at this point in time, and the lessons that have meaning to me today.

If you have been led to this book, then it has something of benefit for you. Like the rune stones, it has been designed so that you can intuitively open to a page, and trust that on that page and in that chapter lies a tool or awareness for you. Alternatively, you can work through the chapters in sequence.

I have endeavoured to include in chapters some of the source material (people or books) that have helped me to shine light on these lessons. If you wish to investigate these topics further, then these books and people may be starting points for your own journey.

I have also included exercises at the end of each chapter, to support you to consolidate the lessons described in the chapter. The exercises are a tool for your own path.

I trust that this book may be a beacon and a reminder to you, just as these lessons have provided such powerful insights for me.
